With October being one of the busiest sports months of the year, you might’ve missed that the NHL started earlier this week. You won’t want to miss the offer from Betr to receive $200 in bonuses when using promo code FOXNEWS on any NHL game tonight.
One of the games you might want to consider tonight is the matchup between the Rangers and Red Wings. Any time two of the Original Six teams get into the rink together, it is an exciting matchup.
This is a back-to-back for the Rangers, and even in the early days of the season, it can be difficult to play through those. The team is deep enough and has the talent needed on multiple lines to be competitive, regardless of the travel concerns.

As always, it is important to look to the goalie for a matchup. Igor Shesterkin started last night, so it is likely that backup goalie Joonas Korpisalo will be in the net tonight. Last season, he was 14-9-6 with a 3.15 goals-against-per-game average.
On the other side are the Detroit Red Wings, who come into this game with the rest advantage, as well as the home-ice advantage. The Red Wings want to get their opponents into mistakes and try to push the puck up the ice. Dylan Larkin, Lucas Raymond, and Alex DeBrincat will work to find their opportunities in this one.
The Red Wings are likely to have John Gibson in the net to open this one. Last year he went 29-22-4 with a 2.72 goals-against-per-game average. He also was able to get four shutouts and a .901 save percentage last year.
When the puck drops, be ready with Betr and their offer of $200 in bonus bets for tonight’s game with promo code FOXNEWS.
